Business Operations and Information Technology

PIBOT provides comprehensive support and coordination for Exec Sec staff across all administrative aspects, from budget management to training, information technology, staff resources, and other crucial activities for the efficient functioning of the entire Exec Sec team.

SAAVI Management

PIBOT oversees Exec Sec’s information management system, SAAVI, by coordinating with CIT on planning and requirements development, stakeholder engagement and trainings, SAAVI Advisory Group to Exec Sec (SAGE), user feedback collection, and system testing and analysis.  For more information, please see the SAAVI page.

Customer Communications

PIBOT coordinates communications with external customers. This includes:

  • Managing the Exec Sec website and communications resources such as the Exec Sec Guide to Policy and Procedures, templates, and other guidance documents.
  • Organizing the bi-annual ES Informational meeting, which serves as a platform to share important updates and engage with stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering ES 101 presentations, infographics, newsletters, and briefing documents to provide valuable information to external audiences.

Internal Coordination

PIBOT manages Exec Sec’s internal and external guidance documents, SOPs, and resources; coordinates internal working groups and team collaboration; handles ES-staff related data calls and surveys; and engages in strategic planning, succession planning, and process improvements.
